White Plains Beautification Foundation has meetings and events coming up and we want you to know about them.

The next Board of Directors meeting of White Plains Beautification Foundation will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 6:30pm. This is a change from the date on the original calendar. We will convene in the private meeting room at Bloomingdale's. A huge thank-you to Bloomingdale's General Manager, Lorri Baldwin, for allowing us to use the space.

At our meetings we report on committee activities and upcoming events.

WPBF Adopt-A-Park sponsored planter at Renaissance Plaza, Main Street in downtown White Plains.

Our December Board Meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 7:00pm. The Nominating Committee will present nominees to the WPBF Board of Directors at this special purpose meeting. This meeting satisfies the requirement stated in our By-Laws that the Nominating Committee announce Board updates before the Annual Meeting.

The WPBF Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 6:30pm at Bloomingdales.

Upcoming meetings are listed below including our Gala on Thursday, October 19, 6:30pm at Westchester Hills Golf Club.

If you'd like to get reminders and invitations to our events, send an email with your name and email address to info@wpbf.org. Please state that you'd like to be added to the Interested Parties list.

All Directors, Associates and Interested Parties are notified of our meetings, but our meetings are open to the public.

As you can see, we have a lot going on and a lot of exciting things happening.

But We Need You!

While our activities have increased, our volunteer base has dwindled. We depend on volunteerism to support our programs and projects. WPBF will be present at the Volunteer Recruitment Fair at White Plains Library on September 23, but you need not wait until then. Come out to help staff the table at Truck Day. Participate in our other fun and rewarding activities.
