City Hall Garden Honors White Plains Essential Workers

The next time you visit or pass White Plains City Hall be sure to take note of the gardens on the frontage facing Main Street. Newly installed garden beds planted with species native to our region now grace the entrance of City Hall.

White Plains City Hall gardens.  Planted and maintained by Gedney Farms Nursery.

The garden was dedicated during the WPBF unGala, held as a Zoom webinar on September 17, 2020. It honors White Plains Essential Workers for their commitment, compassion and bravery during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Urns on each side of the City Hall Entrance were placed by WPBF and are sponsored by Caspi Development Company.
